This ranking is narrow. It does not rate customer support, uptime, payment processing, or every integration. It ranks the documented path through estimate, schedule, field record, invoice, and cost feedback for the reference company.
Why does LMN Professional rank first?
LMN by Granum positions Professional for companies with 10 or more employees. The current plan joins budgeting, estimating, scheduling, the LMN Crew app, invoicing, and payments. The workflow is unusually explicit for landscaping. LMN says estimates can include labor, materials, equipment, and overhead; jobs can be dragged onto the calendar and routed; crews record production and time in a bilingual, offline-capable mobile app; approved work can become invoices; and actuals can be compared with the estimate while work is active.
The license mix still needs a real test. The published $648 monthly starting price includes 3 office or crew-lead licenses and 15 crew-member licenses. A company with two office users and five crew leads may need more than the three higher-role licenses even if total headcount fits under 18. The price of additional licenses and the one-time onboarding fee are not public. Do not present $648 as a complete five-crew quote.

Service Autopilot documents flexible recurring schedules, route optimization, dispatch, multi-day jobs, time and location tracking, estimates, instant invoicing, job costing, and workflow automation. That makes it a strong first trial for recurring mowing, fertilization, or maintenance routes.
Its public license bundles need careful normalization:
- Pro starts at $199 per month on annual subscription rates, plus a signup fee, and includes two mobile licenses and one business license.
- Pro Plus is $499 per month, plus a signup fee, and includes five mobile licenses and one business license.
- Elite has custom pricing and includes eight mobile and two business licenses.
Five mobile licenses appear to align with five crews, but that is only a buying hypothesis. Confirm whether each worker who records individual time, materials, photos, or corrections needs another license. Also ask for the signup fee, extra-license rates, QuickBooks cost, and every required add-on in writing.
When is Jobber enough?
Jobber Plus starts at $399 per month on annual billing and includes 15 users. The opened pricing page lists quoting, scheduling, invoicing, time, profitability tracking, files, team mentions, and automated job costing across its current plans and Plus additions.
The pricing page does not prove which field and office actions can be combined under each role in the proposed account. A demo must prove least privilege for workers, crew leads, dispatch, estimating, billing, and administration, not merely show that an administrator can finish the workflow.
Jobber’s 15-user published bundle can fit three office users, five crew leads, and seven additional individual field users. It does not fit the 18-user worked model below. Get a written 16-plus-user quote instead of assuming the price rises linearly.

An integration is not complete because it moves a customer name. It must preserve the identity, amount, status, effective date, and correction needed to reconcile the transaction.
